Girls Recreational Gymnastics Program for
ages 5 – 18
NSG provides a comprehensive graded gymnastic
program in artistic gymnastics for girls ages 6 – 16, which incorporates the
Olympic events of vault, bars, beam and floor exercise with a trampoline
rotation for coordination development. Students are grouped by age and
experience. Instructors maintain sequential skill cards for each child, which
allows them to monitor skill progression, and promotes individual advancement
through the program.
NSG gymnastic coaches are certified through the
“USA Gymnastics Professional Development Program” and the American Red
Cross, and offer a wide variety of background experience in gymnastics and
physical education.
